• returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and free of odor . with all tags  attached and with all of the original packaging. All items are photographed and documented before they are shipped.

• Once your email is received you will receive return instructions- we reserve the right to refuse refund orders that do not comply with our return policy conditions.

Please note that the responsibility for the returned merchandise remains yours until it has reached us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Therefore we strongly suggest that you insure your return shipment.
